3. Last 3 years personal tax returns for any borrower owing more than 20% of borrower entity

4. Last 3 years corporate tax returns (existing businesses only)

5. Current YTD and previous 2 years Business Financials (Profit/Loss Statement and Balance Sheet)

6. Three Year Financial Projections (SBANav can assist with templates and consultation)

7. Personal Financial Statement for any borrower owning more than 20% of borrower entity

8. Brief business plan narrative

9. Proof of funds for down payment

10. Company entity organizational documents

11. Real estate purchase contract or lease (or letter of intent) - If 

    applicable
